While you are in Scouting there is wide variety activities you can participate in. The lists below are just a small sampling of what you be involved in. No one is required to do anything they are not comfortable with.
Sample of Weekend Adventures:
Back Packing - Day and Overnight, All-Season Camping – including winter camping experience, Skiing, Go-Carting,
Historic Site Visits, Horseback Riding, Overnight Visits on the USS Intrepid Carrier and USS Massachusetts Battleship
Sample of Activities We Do:
Ø Waterfront: canoeing, fishing, whitewater rafting
Ø Wilderness Survival: shelter building, lashing, fire starting, camp fire cooking
Ø Community Work: supporting Library, Jaycees, VFW, families in need, projects for junior sports teams, miscellaneous groups in town when needed
